Challenge
Frack Technologies came to us to improve their organic search visibility and build a stronger digital presence. The goal was more qualified organic traffic, better keyword visibility, and a lasting SEO foundation that brings in potential clients from Google.
The website had very little organic visibility. Most of its few clicks came from company owners, friends and personal networks, not from people actually searching. From late August to September 2025 it had 320 impressions and 33 clicks, at an average position of 18.8.
Strategy
The first target was Pakistan only. After studying search intent and business opportunity, we switched to keywords that work in both Pakistan and international markets: software company, marketing agency and technology-service searches. Each keyword was chosen for its search volume, commercial intent and growth potential.
The idea was to help Google understand what Frack Technologies is an expert in. Topic clusters and linked supporting content turn a few service pages into a site Google trusts across a whole subject.
Solution
- Technical SEO: an audit, site structure optimisation, crawling and indexing improvements, SEO-friendly site adjustments and performance recommendations.
- On-page SEO: primary and semantic keyword optimisation, meta title and description rewrites, heading structure, internal linking and content relevance.
- Topical authority: main topic identification, content clustering, supporting content and stronger links between related pages.
- Off-page SEO: authority building, quality backlink opportunities and website trust.
Over six months impressions went from about 10 a day to about 1,290 a day, and clicks from about 1.1 a day to about 3.9 a day. Click-through rate fell from 10.3% to 0.3% and average position from 18.8 to 25.2, because the site began showing for many more, broader searches — most of them still off page one. The before period is about one month and the after period six months, so the daily averages are the fair comparison.
